1. Data controller

BAMBOCLOUD (SARL), registered under number 009687362-2R5, whose registered office is located at HLM Grand Médine, Villa n°380, Dakar, Sénégal, is responsible for processing personal data collected via TeamEngage.

2. Data collected

  • Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted).
  • Usage data: sessions created, answers and ideas submitted by participants, billing history.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, connection logs.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our provider Paddle, which acts as the official reseller of our offerings. We do not store any card data.

3. Purposes

Data is used to provide the Service, manage accounts and subscriptions, ensure platform security, and improve the user experience. No data is sold to third parties.

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared with our technical subprocessors strictly necessary for the Service to run: Supabase (data hosting and authentication) and Paddle (payment processing and billing).

5. Retention period

Account data is kept as long as the account is active. If an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations (in particular accounting ones).

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication and the proper functioning of the application (session, theme preference, language). No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is used.
