These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the TeamEngage platform (the "Service"), published by BAMBOCLOUD, a SARL registered under number 009687362-2R5, whose registered office is located at HLM Grand Médine, Villa n°380, Dakar, Sénégal (the "Publisher"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TeamEngage is a real-time collaboration platform for creating and running interactive presentations, polls, Decision Rooms and Idea Rooms. Participants join a session via a PIN code or a link, with no account creation required on their part.
Using the Service's collaborative features requires creating an account, attached to a workspace. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
The Service offers a free plan ("Free") with a usage quota, as well as paid plans ("Pro" and "Enterprise") described on the pricing page. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant and may change at any time; any change applies to future renewals, not to periods already billed.
Payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record) of TeamEngage products. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refund is issued unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
The Publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Service, with no guarantee of zero downtime. The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Publisher's registered office.
